Visitors!

This week we have had a few visitors. Emersyn and Journee's great-aunt's, 2nd cousin's, Great Grandma and of course Oma (Dave's mom).

Dave's mom lives in NW Calgary and see's Journee on a regular basis. Her work recently made available "Grandma Days" which is 2 days a year paid, that she can spend with her Grandchildren! She chose to use this time this past week to help with Journee or Emersyn or just anything really!

She was an AMAZING help and we are just so blessed to have her play such an active role in our lives and the lives of our children.

Future Olympian...

Journee started gymnastics this week with no hesitation! There are about 20kids in her class, ages 2.5-3.5 and three coaches.
She needed only a few reminders of where she needed to be if she started to wonder. She talks about her "nastics" often and all the fun she had.

Awesome BIG Sister!

We have been blessed with such a gentle, loving 2 and a half year old. Journee has not shown us any signs of jealousy and she absolutely adores her baby sister.
The next time she cuddles, sings, or tells Emersyn how beautiful she is. I'll capture it on video for a heart melting post.
I am astounded by Journee's unconditional love for Emersyn. Amazing to see that Emersyn doesn't even flinch when Journee has a tantrum, sings at the top of her lungs, or screams "GOOD MORNING SWEETIE" when she see's her first thing in the morning.

I am so, so, soooo in love with my girls!

Pumpkin Patch!

This past Saturday we took the girls to the Calgary Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch! It was good "fall fun". Journee thoroughly enjoyed herself and Emersyn snoozed away!
